The Windows 10 operating system is not an Entertainment System; that has a Multimedia Center. So; I added an external Targus DVD Player to it, but it didn't play DVD disk movies. I had to upload a 'Blaze DVD software program'; that also has the DVD Codec for the video to play on the Laptop, but, only some DVD movies play on it.
When you; click on the start window icon, you can type 'my computer', where the 'Search the Web' space is. Then; a 'This PC desktop app' Icon will display'; click on the Icon, and the drives, and DVD drive will display. It shows the Folders, Devices and drives.
If the Touchscreen, is on, but stops working, you need to clean the display monitor screen; so it can work.
The Windows 10 operating system, was first released in around the middle of the year in 2015. Windows 8, was the previous Microsoft Windows operating system. When, Windows 10 was made they added new features to it; but they removed the Multimedia Center.
I installed, the Blaze Play DVD Movies on Window 8 software, version; and it is working on 'Windows 10'.
